Welcome to Lakeside Headquarter in Menaggio: a Glimpse Into Its Interior

In our vision an office is not only a work environment, but also a meeting place: a happy crossroads of buyers, sellers, colleagues of other agencies, friends, family. Oh, and pets too. A relaxed yet professional space where you can enter and talk about our favorite topic: properties!
Our two offices, the Menaggio headquarter and the Argegno branch, deeply reflect our taste and personality when it comes to interior.
Minimalism, order and a light-filled ambient teamed with a natural palette and multiple splashes of greenery: this is the essence of our style.
A mix of modern aesthetics and industrial appeal
An inviting mix of raw industrial & rustic look and a polished modern office space: that’s the vibe that will welcome you in our Menaggio seat!
Our headquarter is located a few steps from the elegant square of Menaggio, in Via IV Novembre 3. You’ll immediately see our five big windows facing the main street! A logistic note: bear in mind that there are no parkings directly in front of our office, but you can find many ones ahead near the lake, before the traffic light, and near the sports ground a few meters before.

But let’s go back to the interior and decoration choices we made for our office.
The layout is a harmonious mix of the gathering space in the entrance hall, the workspace in the hallway (with the long rustic table with multiple workstations, ideal for the team to work on floor plans and models), and the private room with its industrial-style pendant light bulbs. All is lined with glass partitions to offer privacy while maintaining a visual connection.
The rustic tables are made of recovered solid pine and birch wood: we literally fell in love with their rough surface and their natural irregularities!
We decided to match the rustic look of the desks with vintage nordic chairs in the central workspace, and two black metal chairs that create a graphic effect of lightness.
These chairs also dialogue with the huge mirror in patinated and aged black metal, set right behind the main entrance desk.
We like to say that the hub of the office is the corner with our beloved Chesterfield suede sofa, next to the wide wall with an old black & white picture of Menaggio.
Somehow a vintage corner that is able to bring people together and create serendipitous moments: it’s not uncommon to see our team united around the sofa with laptops and notebooks, immersed in a deep brainstorming!

FENG SHUI
We rigorously respected many Feng Shui key principles in our office: all the workstations have stable walls behind, to increase productivity; all the tables have a squared size, to raise the sense of rooting, and are almost empty, to enable the free development of new ideas; we enriched the whole layout with Areca Palmata, a plant that is perfect for purifying the air producing a good quantity of oxygen and humidity, this way fighting against electrosmog.
MUSIC AS DECORATION
Someone wrote that music is a way to decorate time: such a great truth! The music is indeed an integral part of the interior of our office: entering our space you’ll be often welcomed by Louis Lortie piano music. Maestro Lortie is a special pianist, internationally known, with a nice story behind: he irremediably felt in love with our lake and one day, after many days of spiritual reflections inspired by the beauty of the landscape, he decided to make the lake a crossroads of artists with a summer festival of classic music. LOCAL ARTISTS
Like for our Argegno office, we decided to promote local artists in Menaggio. In the niche just above the sofa you can see an intriguing painting of the lake by Ester Maria Negretti, a young artist from Como; on the windowsill at the entrance we put a miniature of the Church of S.S Giacomo and Filippo in Spurano (Ossuccio, Tremezzina), made by Sara and Laura’s father Alberto (you can see all his masonry miniatures here).
