We Made it: We’ve Been Awarded as Best Real Estate Agency Single Office of Italy!
It’s been quite a hard work, lasting several months, but in the end our application to the International Property Awards - European Region has been more than successful: we got the official 2019 Award as Best Real Estate Agency Single Office for Italy, with a Five Stars level!
Going on such a prestigious stage to represent our beloved Lake Como has been an incredible emotion and a great source of pride for our team. Our application talked about us, our story, our values, our services, our marketing, and the judging panel decided to give us the maximum score: 5 stars, meaning the highest level of excellence.

What are the International Property Awards
The International Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the regions. To let you understand the tenor of this event, it will be enough to say that it’s also described as “the Oscars of the property world”. In other words, an International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.
The Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, creativity, and commitment to sustainability.
The completion is open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines.
The Awards are in their 26th year and cover over 45 different residential and commercial categories. Regional heats are staged for Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific. These will be celebrated at gala presentation events in Bangkok, London and Toronto during the course of the year.
The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
THE EVENT
The official Award ceremony has taken place last 24th of October in London, at the magnificent Royal Lancaster Hotel.
It’s been a super exciting event, with plenty of professionals from all around Europe.
